Real Estate Coordinator (IQ39985-14)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable real estate agency! This Coordinator role will provide support and software training to agents to ensure that the agents have the resources needed to operate smoothly and efficiently. This role will also be responsible for coordinating company meetings, conferences, and activities.

The Coordinator will be required to work out of the Honolulu office once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Apply today for immediate consideration!


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, may require some weekends


Kaimuki, Honolulu, Oahu


$40,000 to $50,000 a year


  • Coordinate a variety of company meetings, conferences, and activities.
  • Assist agents with daily administrative tasks such as mailing, printing, and copying.
  • Oversee office inventories and equipment. Reorder and schedule maintenance as needed.
  • Provide technical support and training on hardware and software issues of computers, mobile devices, copiers, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of related (tech support/real estate/event coordination) experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as other PC and MAC software applications.
  • Experience with Apple and Android operating systems.
  • Experience with statewide multiple listing services, CRM, and DocuSign.
  • Ability to quickly learn current office software and equipment.
