Job Description

An organized and efficient individual is needed for a full-time Receptionist position with a local company that's been in business for over 75 years. The Receptionist is responsible for answering phones and assisting with customer questions, receiving mail, and performing a large amount of data entry. The ideal candidate for this position is good with computers, works well with others, and has the ability to juggle multiple projects.


Full-time, 8:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$16 an hour


  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Assist with customer questions and resolve complaints.
  • Greet visitors.
  • Coordinate catalogs and brochures for the sales team.
  • Perform data entry for Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system.


  • Previous receptionist/admin experience.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to follow up and follow through.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and finish tasks in a timely manner.
