A real estate company located in Downtown Honolulu is seeking a full-time Receptionist. This role will handle general front desk duties such as greeting guests, answering phones, and processing office correspondences.

$17 to $20 an hour, DOE


  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet and assist all incoming guests. Lead guests into conference room as needed.
  • Prepare documents, emails, and other correspondences.
  • Ensure documents are accurately filed, stored, and updated.
  • Handle other administrative duties such as distributing mail, reordering office supplies, printing, copying, and faxing.
  • Handle other administrative duties as needed.


  • High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative and/or front desk experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work initiative and willingness to learn.
