Job Description

The Receptionist will provide day-to-day administrative support to the main office of a local church and handle duties ranging from answering phones to validating visitor parking.

If you have previous admin experience and are able to work independently with minimal supervision, you might be exactly who we're looking for!

Parking in downtown will be provided for you!


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$14 to $16 an hour


  • Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate party.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Validate parking for visitors.
  • Check in/out visitors for their appointments.
  • Monitor walk-ins and follow protocols to keep building secure.


  • Previous administrative assistant or office experience.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (multi-line phone, computers, printers, fax machine).
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
