Job Description

A law firm in downtown Honolulu is immediately looking for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.

In this role you will welcome clients, answer and route phone calls, and electronically file documents. If you have previous admin/receptionist experience, excellent communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, apply today to be immediately considered.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:45am-4:15pm


Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu


$18 to $21 an hour


  • Answer and route phone calls to appropriate party.
  • Welcome clients at the front desk, alert staff and escort to the conference room.
  • Scan documents and file in network drives.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.


  • Previous admin or receptionist experience required.
  • Strong computer skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) skills.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Organized, reliable, hardworking.
