Receptionist (208476-14)A law firm in downtown Honolulu is immediately looking for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
In this role you will welcome clients, answer and route phone calls, and electronically file documents. If you have previous admin/receptionist experience, excellent communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, apply today to be immediately considered.
Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:45am-4:15pm
Location
Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$18 to $21 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer and route phone calls to appropriate party.
- Welcome clients at the front desk, alert staff and escort to the conference room.
- Scan documents and file in network drives.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous admin or receptionist experience required.
- Strong computer skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organized, reliable, hardworking.
