A local property management company is looking for an administrative professional to join their team and cover their front desk. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and preparing paperwork for renewals and inspections.

Qualified candidates will have 1 year of previous office experience and strong communication skills.

  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Greet visitors and assist as needed.
  • Prepare paperwork for renewals and inspections.
  • Assist other teams as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 1 year of previous office experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
