Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm


Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu


$35,000 to $38,000 a year


  • Greet incoming visitors and advise employees when their guest has arrived.
  • Answer and route calls to the appropriate department/person.
  • Receive, open and distribute daily mail.
  • Schedule and monitor outgoing shipments.
  • Log all incoming checks and cash payments.
  • Monitor meeting room schedules.
  • Assist visitors with parking, access badges, and meeting room assignments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in Office Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated.
  • Punctual and dependable with strong attendance history.
  • COVID-19 vaccination (or weekly testing) required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
