Our client is seeking a full-time Admin Receptionist to oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of a small office in Ala Moana. You will serve as the first point of contact and professionally answer phones and emails, prepare documents, run errands, and handle general office duties such as printing and filing. This is a great opportunity to build your administrative skills. Looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with company.
Qualified candidates will have previous administrative skills or experience and excellent communication skills.
Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (flexible)
Location
Ala Moana, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$20 to $22 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Greet walk in customers.
- Run office errands including bank runs, picking up lunch orders, etc.
- Ensure lobby area is clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative skills or related experience.
- Interest in financial planning or accounting preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional phone etiquette and friendly and clear communication.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized.
