Our client is seeking an administrative professional to join their team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day tasks such as receiving mail, greeting guests, logging incoming payments, and overseeing meeting schedules.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
Location
Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$19 to $20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Greet incoming visitors and contact personnel when guests have arrived.
- Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate department/person.
- Assist visitors with parking, access badges, and meeting room assignments.
- Receive, open and distribute daily mail.
- Schedule and monitor outgoing shipments.
- Log all incoming checks and cash payments.
- Monitor meeting room schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
