Seeking a full-time Receptionist for a reputable local construction company with over 80 years in business. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can proficiently handle multiple tasks without getting flustered. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional paid overtime


Honolulu, Oahu


$15 to $20 an hour


  • Answer and direct calls for a multi-line phone.
  • Greet visitors and ensure that they are properly assisted.
  • Handle and distribute mail and other documents held at the reception desk.
  • Assist with copies, faxes, postage, scanning, filing, etc. as necessary.
  • Maintain, order, and/or pick up office supplies.
  • Prepare daily FedEx packages for pick-up.
  • Assist with taking customer orders.
  • Help to pick up or drop off documents to other companies or government agencies, as needed.


  • Experience operating a multi-line phone.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Valid driver?s license.
  • Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
