Job Description

A large, local company is looking for customer service driven individuals to assist their Customer Relations Department for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

We are seeking to fill multiple openings for this role. Candidates need to have flexible availability to work 5 days a week with Mondays and Saturdays being required.

Upon hire, you will need to attend an in-person training at the client's downtown Honolulu office. Once training is completed, employees will work remotely from the comfort of their own home.


Full-time, 5 days/week between 7:30am-6:00pm, Mon/Sat required

$22 an hour


  • Assist customers with billing questions.
  • Assist customers with service related questions.
  • Perform other related duties as required.


  • High level of customer service experience and knowledge. Previous call center experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient with computers and highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable typing and speaking at the same time.
  • Comfortable dealing with irate customers.
