Revenue Cycle Operations Manager

A local healthcare company is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to lead and optimize our healthcare revenue cycle processes. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire revenue cycle, from patient registration and medical billing to collections and accounts receivable management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of healthcare billing management, medical coding, and insurance regulations, ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the AR team to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
• Resolve billing issues by coordinating with internal departments.
• Develop and maintain AR, credit, and collection processes.
• Monitor AR aging and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Assist leadership with department oversight when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Experience in medical accounts receiveable.
• Strong understanding of medical accounts receivable.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in AR systems and Microsoft Office.
