Job Description

Support the Sales team of a reputable distribution company that's been in business for over 75 years! You will help by answering phones, scanning invoices, and prepping samples and deliveries.

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Assist with customer service (any walk-in customers and/or employee purchases).
  • Fax and email customer orders.
  • Prepare items for sales rep or delivery (e.g., prep delivery count sheet and print invoices).
  • Update contact info for deliveries.
  • Prepare product samples for sales rep.
  • Organize UPS/USPS shipments.
  • Process credit card purchases.
  • Work in the sample room/warehouse to replenish samples and assist with replacing inventory.
  • Scan invoices.
  • Assist warehouse/delivery/office manager with other duties as needed.


  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Good work initiative and follow-through.
