Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Full-time, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$22 to $27 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
