Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling efforts on large-scale construction projects. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate project timelines, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring schedules reflect real-time progress and project requirements. The ideal candidate is technically strong, collaborative, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to project scheduling.

Pay

$135,000 a year, plus 20% yearly bonus, guaranteed and $800 car allowance

Responsibilities

  • Track project milestones and ensure timeline updates reflect actual construction progress.
  • Adjust and maintain working schedules based on field activity and new developments.
  • Integrate workforce or budget data into schedule management systems.
  • Ensure scheduling practices are in line with company standards and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess delays and adjust deliverables.
  • Read and interpret technical documents, including contracts and specifications.
  • Communicate scheduling concerns and updates clearly across departments.
  • Participate in site visits as needed to validate progress and coordinate updates.
  • Contribute to other project-related tasks as needed to support team objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience using Primavera P6 required
  • Minimum 3+ years of scheduling experience on mid to large-scale construction projects
  • Experience on utility-scale solar projects preferred (or other large infrastructure projects)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
