Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate communication between managers, administrators, dispatch, and the field.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$19 to $24 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and accurate communication between managers, administrators, dispatch, and the field.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, client interactions, and job progress.
  • Create department work order tickets and distribute them to required parties.
  • Assist with project proposals and quotes.
  • Compile and validate time sheet reports.
  • Perform timely and accurate ad hoc reporting, research, and analysis.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
