Job Description

O​ur client is seeking a Service Technician to assist with maintenance, perform minor repairs, and report any equipment malfunctions. This role will also handle general clean-up of the yard and workspace.

Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of previous construction experience and a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

Hours

Full-time, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location

Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$19 to $22 an hour

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment to check for damages, leaks and malfunctions.
• Notify agents and mechanics of scheduled maintenance.
• Record labor time, parts used, and description of work performed.
• Tag out and remove service equipment that does not pass visual inspection.
• Handle general cleaning and servicing of equipment and yard.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of previous construction background with experience operating heavy equipment.
• Automotive or Diesel Engine Trade School graduate preferred.
• Prior experience as Service Technician preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• Strong mechanical aptitude such as working on cars, trucks, or motorcycles.
• Able to pass a state and federal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
