Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Laborer! In this role, you will be responsible for managing raw materials, performing essential plant operations, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. Pay

$19 an hour

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Manage incoming and outgoing materials for the wastewater treatment plant.
• Plant Operations: Operate transfer pumps to move materials between tanks and tankers.
• Maintenance: Perform general facility repairs, clean grease trap pits, and conduct regular maintenance of systems.
• Site Upkeep: Maintain a clean and safe work environment; perform groundskeeping duties during gaps in shipping/receiving tasks.
• Documentation: Utilize company computer systems to log data and tasks (training provided).

Qualifications

• Physical Capability: Must be robust and able to handle manual labor in an outdoor environment; ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Equipment Operation: Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Tech Skills: Basic ability to use a computer (training provided).
• Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Personal Attributes: Must be reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Dress Code & PPE: Candidates must provide their own steel-toed boots (STB), long pants, and a T-shirt. The company will provide all other required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Experience: 1–2 years of general labor or plant operations experience is preferred.
