Job Description

We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management of two stores in Waikiki.

The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. The base pay is $24/hr with a possible bonus which has the potential to be equivalent to up to $34/hr.

Hours

Full-time, 45 hours/week between 8:45am-9:30pm based on store needs

Location

Waikiki, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$24 to $34 an hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations.
• Supervise, train and assist employees.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and maintain external partnerships.
• Support with staff needs including human resources questions.
• Manage costs to maximize profitability.
• Develop and maintain marketing plans for products
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of previous clothing retail management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to manage operations and have strong team working skills.
