We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for retail excellence, team development, and operational efficiency.
Hours
Full-time, Monday-Sunday, 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Location
Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$90,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and follow-up on results.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff to build a high-performing team.
- Coach, counsel, and evaluate employees to ensure productivity and professional growth.
- Develop and manage annual budgets; monitor expenses and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure outstanding service standards.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure merchandise availability.
- Implement and enforce loss prevention and security measures.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment for employees and customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and financial statements to adjust marketing and operational strategies.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training and development.
- Enforce operational and personnel policies to maintain efficiency and consistency.
- Contribute to overall company success by achieving store goals and supporting team initiatives.
