Job Description

An established Honolulu-based organization is seeking an Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its hiring efforts for production roles. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers and the HR team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in managing recruiting processes in fast-paced environments.

Hours

Full-time, M-F 6:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Location

Kakaako, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$25 to $29 an hour

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure accurate documentation of candidate activity.
• Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding coordination.
• Provide timely updates and progress reports to HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting or HR experience required; experience with industrial, construction, or manufacturing staffing strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS systems highly preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Offer contingent upon clearing a state/federal background check.
