The Technical Digital Project Manager will manage projects through the digital project life cycle and keep projects within scope and budget. This is a full-time opening with a well-established marketing and design firm.

$60,000 to $75,000 a year


  • Ensure process of gathering project requirements is done as a necessary part of the lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain accurate project plans, budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Track and report budget throughout the lifecycle of each project, ensuring work is conducted in a timely fashion, within approved scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with directors of each division to accurately scope and estimate projects.
  • Communicate clearly and maintain project timelines, including milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to all assigned team members and clients as projects evolve.
  • Institute the practice of risk management for projects.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminates criteria to involved team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendation report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to relate these to the digital projects and to our clients.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor?s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Two years of software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor?s degree.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coach internal team members to improve performance to better meet internal and external needs.
  • Ability to develop budgets and other financial reports.
  • High degree of professionalism.


  • Previous experience in software project management.
  • Experience with .NET MVC, C#, PHP, Javascript, CMS platforms.
