Responsibilities

  • Conduct, coordinate, and schedule new hire orientation and other training programs in an organized, engaging, and professional manner.
  • Provide constructive feedback about new hires and their progress and performance during orientation and other training sessions.
  • Provide engaging content for other internal training programs.
  • Conduct all classes in a professional and effective manner that benefit the learner and the organization.
  • Assist with the maintenance and continuous improvement of company training programs, track and monitor participant feedback and program effectiveness, and recommend suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure all materials are current, accurate, relevant, and brand appropriate.
  • Maintain sufficient inventory of training materials and supplies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience delivering business trainings to audiences at various organizational levels.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the customer service industry or related experience.
  • Knowledge of food service industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
  • Valid driver?s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to serve all locations (including neighbor islands) as needed.
