Job Description

We’re hiring a Utility Helper to support the upkeep and appearance of commercial properties across the island.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and presentable. You'll be responsible for a wide range of exterior building and grounds maintenance tasks, including power washing, painting, lighting repairs, and minor landscaping duties.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$23 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Exterior Maintenance: Perform general upkeep of building exteriors and grounds.
• Cleaning & Power Washing: Pressure wash sidewalks, exterior walls, and other surfaces to maintain property appearance.
• Lighting: Troubleshoot and replace exterior light fixtures and bulbs.
• General Repairs: Assist with painting projects and minor structural touch-ups.
• Groundskeeping: Assist with minor landscaping and janitorial tasks as needed.
• Travel: Safely travel to various island locations to perform maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in building or property maintenance.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and a self-motivated approach to daily tasks.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.
• Attitude: A commitment to safety, quality, and professional presentation.
