The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our non-profit organizations warehouse, distribution efforts, and community support services. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing deliveries and pickups, supporting volunteer activities, and maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant environment.

Hours

Full-time, Tue/Thu: 7:30am-12:00pm or 1:00pm & Wed/Fri: 7:00am-2:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$22 to $24 an hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee safety and security of warehouse operations.
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of warehouse activities.
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse, including inspecting equipment and vehicles, issuing work orders, and tracking maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years warehouse experience.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to operate forklift effectively.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic pallet jack effectively; valid certification required.
• Proficient computer skills.
