Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse, distribution efforts, and community support services. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing deliveries and pickups, supporting volunteer activities, and maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant environment.

Hours

Full-time, Tue/Thu: 730a-12p or 1p & Wed/Fri: 7a-230p

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$22 to $24 an hour

Responsibilities

*Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations *Implement operational policies and procedures *Oversee safety and security of warehouse operations *Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment *Maintain accurate documentation and records of warehouse activities *Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse, including inspecting equipment and vehicles, issuing work orders, and tracking maintenance logs

Qualifications

*5+ years warehouse experience. *Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. *Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. *Valid drivers license. *Ability to operate forklift effectively *Ability to operate manual and automatic pallet jack effectively; valid certification required *Proficient computer skills.
