Warehouse Office Assistant (198107-5)

A busy warehouse in the Sand Island area is looking for a part-time Office Assistant. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones, writing email correspondences, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate filing systems. After successful training, you will also be able to assist with service and warranty claims. Apply today to be considered!

Hours

Part-time, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:30am-3:30pm

Location

Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$16 an hour

Qualifications

  • Prior office experience with warehouse/freight coordination required.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn proprietary software.
  • Valid driver's license a plus.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to able to adjust communication style to a wide variety of customers (e.g. laborers, vendors, business clients).
