Job Description

A reputable local company is looking for an administrative professional to join their team as a Web Support Admin. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to the web team and ensure all service requests and tasks are completed.

This is a full-time opening centrally located in the Kaka'ako neighborhood.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

$18 to $19 an hour


  • Pick up and distribute mail from department bin.
  • Coordinate mailing of Timeclocks or other client specific items/documentation with payroll.
  • Maintain email inbox for the web team.
  • Gatekeep Salesforce service requests and tasks.
  • Process new hire timesheet activations.
  • Process client activations for payroll overview and auto pay.
  • Process, ship and maintain eGreeting gift cards.
  • Update and maintain web team documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions and document processes and procedures.
