Our client is seeking a diligent and dependable individual to join their team as a Yard Laborer. This role is essential to their daily operations, ensuring that the warehouse, grounds, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Hours

Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00-4:00pm

Pay

$24 an hour

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain an orderly and safe warehouse environment by organizing inventory and ensuring workspaces remain clear of debris.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, as well as various landscaping tools.
• Groundskeeping: Execute light landscaping duties to maintain the professional appearance of our exterior premises.
• Inventory Management: Assist in the tracking, counting, and organizing of site inventory and equipment.
• Facility Sanitation: Uphold site cleanliness standards, including end-of-day waste disposal and routine maintenance of facility restrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven labor experience is required; references from previous employers will be requested.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reliability: We prioritize punctuality and dependability; you must be committed to your scheduled shifts and responsibilities.
• Communication: Strong ability to follow precise instructions and collaborate effectively with team members.
