Job Description

Full-time position is available in Kahului for a Church Administrator. You’ll have the opportunity to play a vital role in the administration of this church and keep it running smoothly by assisting with administrative, operational, and financial duties.


At least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a church setting, is required, along with an understanding of finance.


Additiona​l Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the administration of the church
  • Work in conjunction with everyone, including pastors, the director, the executive council, the management team, the assistant, and firms
  • Work with the treasurer to manage the finances of the church


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration
  • Experience within a church setting preferred
  • Understanding of finance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
