Position Overview:

Assists residential construction teams and works on coordinating, organizing, planning, and scheduling various assignments and projects on the state of Hawaii. Responsible for reporting the progress of the installation of the commercial projects. Operates at the direction of the Construction Manager.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Reviews all upcoming jobs for the 2 weeks in advance to ensure proper design, come up with an installation plan and make sure all materials are in the warehouse.
  • Assists teams in the morning to prepare for the day’s work.
  • Manages teams ensuring efficient time management, proper preparation of jobs and correct designs.
  • Performs site visits with PM and site audit team to determine tie-ins, conduit runs, elevation and placement of electrical equipment as needed.
  • Reviews installation packages on a weekly basis with the crew leader to ensure proper documentation, pictures and reports are complete. Note this in PD.
  • Keep track of scores and points for quarterly performance bonus.
  • Performs employee reviews for probation periods, quarterly performance bonus and annual reviews.
  • Respond to emails and or texts in a timely manner.
  • Maintains open communication with Director of Operations, Project managers and project coordinator
  • Assists in communicating with Administrative staff about personnel, ie, timesheets, absences, status of jobs and bonus tracking information.
  • Reviews and orders BOS for projects that are under design review.
  • Provides support and troubleshoots for teams.
  • On a daily basis performs site visits to review and support crews to ensure quality and progress. Findings are reported to the Director of Operations.
  • Provides oversight on all projects and submit reports to construction management of any areas of improvements, effective methods, personnel updates, quality control, etc.
  • Completes QC reports, finds solutions and implements better practices.
  • Promotes and follows all company in policies.
  • Reviews and updates on jobs on pipedrive and provides feedback on delays & special orders. (ie, customer needs to move propane tank, need a specialty order breaker)
  • Provides counseling and coaching to the team, documents and submits to HR. Documents accurate bonuses data for field team members on a daily and job basis.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.



  • Current Electrical journeyman license from the State of Hawaii Or actively working on obtaining a license, must be enrolled in class at minimum.
  • Over 5 years of electrical experience
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Comfortable climbing ladders plus standing and working on residential roof tops (single and 2-story in both hot and cold weather.
  • Can comfortably lift 50 to 75 lbs and can push, pull, bend, stand or kneel for extended periods of time.
  • Follows all OSHA and company safety requirements without question.
  • Follows all company operations standards and processes.
  • Candidate owns their own tools

  • Have experience in being in constant communication with their crew members and proactive in accomplishing all tasks necessary for the job.
  • Assists with general site preparation and continuous job-site clean-up.

  • Maintains a neat and professional appearance and communicates with the customers in a positive manner.
  • Must possess valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving abstract, no DUI within 5 years.
  • Must pass drug screen and background check.
