Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Executive for a local real estate company. The person in charge will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to organizing trainings, events, and projects, answering inquiries over the phone or email, and maintaining the office inventory.

Add​itional Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate office training events and update monthly training calendar
  • Send out office announcements via email and social media platforms
  • Manage monthly team meeting presentations
  • Greet and direct all visitors
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls, take accurate messages
  • Handle all incoming/ outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain inventory log, order and purchase office supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of admin experience 
  • High computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Ability to manage, organize, and execute events and projects
  • Ability to handle various projects at the same time and take initiative
  • Excellent verbal/ written communication and effective listening skills
  • Strong training skills and ability to speak to large groups
  • Great at developing professional relationships
