The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to thier Office Manager and ensure the smooth operation of the business. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the team's success.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Location
Puunene, Maui
Pay
$24 to $25 an hour, Based on Experience
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including reviewing and preparing documents and reports, submitting payroll, and communicating with HR.
- Present information and correspond with clients and vendors effectively.
- Manage bookkeeping and cash management tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, cash collection, bank deposits, and reconciliations.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, copying, filing, and maintaining both physical and digital organizational systems.
- Manage inventory and assist with customer service, including answering phones and assisting with material sales.
- Conduct research, manage online marketing, maintain the website, and perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Google Drive/Workspace is preferred.
- Friendly, personable, and a self-starter.
- Demonstrate integrity, adaptability, flexibility, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic mathematical skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
