Warehouse Worker – Full-Time

Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Kahului, Maui, Hawaiʻi

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Worker to join our team. About the Role

In this position, you’ll actively take part in all warehouse activities—picking orders, replenishing inventory, receiving merchandise, and helping customers load materials. Every day brings something a little different, and we value team members who stay organized, communicate well, and take initiative.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with stock control, including storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods
• Stock incoming materials and handle loading/unloading of freight
• Pull orders in the warehouse and pipe yard; assist customers with loading as needed
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Receive goods and notify purchasing of any defects, damages, or discrepancies
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks
• Participate in yearly inventory counts
• Maintain awareness of workplace safety requirements and proper equipment use
• Perform additional duties as requested by upper management, General Manager, Operations Manager, or Warehouse Lead

Qualifications

• Two years of related warehouse experience and/or training
• Construction, landscape, or irrigation knowledge preferred
• Well organized and confident in multi-tasking
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills (in person, verbal, and written)
• Valid State of Hawaiʻi driver’s license
• Forklift certification
