Pay

$28 to $33 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Track and process incoming payments from clients.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to billing and payments.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and submit reports for compliance and internal purposes.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of accounting experience and five (5) years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, fair credit, and collection practices.
  • Proven understanding in accounts receivable, invoicing, and general ledger functions.
  • Strong mental dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate math skills for financial calculations and analysis.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
