$28 to $33 an hour
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute invoices accurately and promptly.
- Track and process incoming payments from clients.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to billing and payments.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and submit reports for compliance and internal purposes.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of accounting experience and five (5) years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, fair credit, and collection practices.
- Proven understanding in accounts receivable, invoicing, and general ledger functions.
- Strong mental dexterity and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate math skills for financial calculations and analysis.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
