A real estate office in Kahului is immediately looking for an Agent Services Coordinator to assist with administrative and marketing functions that drive agents productivity.

Primarily this role serves as the liaison to agents, coordinates trainings/programs, creates sales/listing collateral, and provides support for the agent recruitment process.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Kahului, Maui


$40,000 to $45,000 a year


  • Serve as the first line of communication with all company Boards and the MLS.
  • Assist new agents transitioning into the company (i.e. walk agent through the signup process, make sure all necessary documentation gets filled out and signed, coordinate creation of agent credentials for company systems and equipment, order nametags and business cards, create email footer, etc.)
  • Create and lead new hire orientation class focusing on culture, structure, policies, and services offered.
  • Prepare and set-up training room for classes and events.
  • Update agent roster and office contact lists.
  • Maintain and update information in company intranet.
  • Assist with technology troubleshooting (phone, copier, email, intranet, network).
  • Serve as a liaison between agents and brokers.
  • Coordinate all signature requests from agents (MLS, Realtor Board, Referrals, etc.).
  • Assist with general office duties such as wiping down the kitchen, making coffee, straightening up the chairs, ordering inventory, putting away supplies, decorating for the holidays, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Must have at least 2 years of admin experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a cheerful personality.
  • Ability to successfully manage, organize, and execute events and projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Excel, Power Point and Publisher.
  • Strong training skills and comfortable speaking to large groups.
  • COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing is required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
