A local credit union is seeking customer service professionals to join their member services team at both their Lahaina and Kahului locations!

Hours

Full-time, 8:20am-5:00pm

Location

• Kahului, Maui
• Lahaina, Maui

Pay

$17.44 to $18.70 an hour

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, by phone and mail, while providing exceptional customer service.
• Process cash or check deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, teller checks and cash advances.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Open and close accounts and renew certificates.
• Serve all members promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of credit union operations and procedures.
• Comfortable utilizing computers, adding machines, typewriters, copy machines, and money counting machines.
• High level of exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Motivated, professional, positive attitude.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• COVID-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
