Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Kahului, Maui

Pay

$25 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle inquiries.
  • Run errands and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on a variety of tasks and projects.
  • Assist Project Managers with administrative support and task coordination.
  • Assist with accounting duties including, billing, invoices, and timesheets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related office experience.
  • Construction office administration preferred but not required.
  • Strong clerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Some accounting experience is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Notary Public License required.
