Full-time, Monday-Friday, weekends as needed

Pay
$100,000 to $200,000 a year, Based on experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all company operations, departments, and office staff.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Manage company budgets, analyze financial performance, and forecast monthly results.
- Oversee hiring, employee performance, coaching, disciplinary actions, and staffing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, permits, and certifications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, government agencies, and business partners.
- Manage major equipment purchases, facility repairs, and property damage claims.
- Oversee insurance matters, including claims, vehicle coverage, and certificates of insurance.
- Conduct weekly and monthly leadership meetings to align teams and drive performance.
- Partner with department managers to establish goals and support long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on customer retention, new business opportunities, proposals, and bids.
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple departments or business operations.
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze budgets and financial statements.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Pre-employment drug test and State and Federal background check required.
