Job Description

Do you want to be part of our successful, high-achieving team? If so this might be the perfect opportunity for you! A busy real-estate office in Kahului is hiring a full-time Office / Communications Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for executives, associates, administration and the public. Your goal will be to provide resources, answer questions, and direct communications in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior admin experience, a cheerful personality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Kahului, Maui


$38,000 to $40,000 a year


  • Manage the front desk area.
  • Greet all incoming clients and visitors.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail.
  • Answer the phone and direct incoming calls.
  • Answer emails and direct incoming communications.
  • Send announcements, regular communications via email, text and social media.
  • Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain conference rooms organized.
  • Manage training calendars and assist with trainings.
  • Update documents, presentations and forms as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Must have at least 2 years of admin experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a cheerful personality.
  • Ability to successfully manage, organize, and execute events and projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Excel, Power Point and Publisher.
  • Strong training skills and comfortable speaking to large groups.
  • COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing is required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
