Hours

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location

Kahului, Maui

Pay

$20 to $24 an hour, Plus commission after training period

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with HVAC parts inquiries and sales
• Identify and locate the correct air conditioning parts based on customer needs, parts numbers, or system specifications
• Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies
• Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts
• Provide product information, availability, and pricing to customers
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers, including contractors and service technicians
• Stay current with industry trends, new product lines, and technical knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and showroom area

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Solutions-oriented approach and adept at conflict resolution
• Great interpersonal skills and technical knowledge
• Punctuality and reliability
• Forklift operational skills
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license required
• Pre-employment drug test requested
