Job Description

Be the ambassador of great customer experiences! As the Receptionist for this industry-leading energy company, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will welcome incoming visitors, answer phone calls, and handle general receptionist duties. We are looking for a self-starter with a customer service or sales background who is familiar with the general geography of all Hawaiian Islands.


Full-time, 8:00am-4:30pm


Kahului, Maui


$15 an hour


  • Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct calls and or messages to employees.
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
  • Assist project coordinators, supervisors, and managers with documentation submission, daily reports, picture uploading, and job costing.
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, scanning, copying, filing.


  • Must have previous customer service experience. Previous experience in a sales environment a plus.
  • Impeccable phone skills with a friendly personality.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, GoogleDocs, Google Calendars, and email software.
  • Familiarity with the geography of all islands.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
