$23.07 an hour

Responsibilities

• Cold call potential clients.
• Establish individual sales goals.
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with cold calling.
• Basic Hawaii real estate knowledge.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients.
