Job Description

Great opportunity for someone wanting to get a taste of the airline industry! In this role, you will provide administrative support for the airlines' contracted services and handle duties such as processing monthly invoices and expense reports, assisting with leave requests, and coordinating travel arrangements.

If you have at least two years of admin experience with a high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office, we want to hear from you!

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

Location

Kahului, Maui

Pay

$17 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative functions for contracted airline operations.
  • Process shift trades, leave requests, payroll, overtime, and internal transfers.
  • Prepare monthly invoices and reports.
  • Handle employee travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Provide additional administrative assistance as requested.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
