Temporary Front Desk Receptionist (100068)

A busy real estate office in Kahului is looking for additional temporary assistance for the month of April. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will act as the gatekeeper for the office and greet and direct all incoming visitors. Apply today for immediate consideration!


Part-time, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm


Kahului, Maui


$15 an hour


  • Greet and direct all incoming visitors.
  • Answer and forward phone calls. Take accurate messages as needed.
  • Handle data entry.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Coordinate deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Perform general office duties such as stocking office supplies, photocopying, and faxing and filing.


  • At least 2 years of receptionist or office experience.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, specifically Word.
  • Must be energetic, proactive, and show initiative.
  • Friendly and customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to take direction well and think on one's feet.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
