Job Description

Seeking an experience Full Charge Bookkeeper for a commercial real estate company in Kailua-Kona. This full-time role will handle a variety of accounts payable and accounts receivable duties and generate accurate financial reports. 


Additio​nal Responsibilities:


  • Manage lease accounting and billing. 
  • Apply and review late fee billings.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in tenant ledgers.
  • Process weekly check runs.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports and bank statements.
  • Assist with annual budgeting process. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. 


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience required. 
  • Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience in the real estate industry preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Yardi, AvidXchange, Google Word, Excel, Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey financial information. 
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
