Job Description

We are currently interviewing candidates for a full-time General Office Clerk opening for a local business in Kailua-Kona. This role will handle a variety of administrative duties such as typing up correspondences, preparing conference rooms for meeting, and maintaining company files. 

 

Since this position requires to run a variety of errands, applicants need to have reliable transportation. You will be reimbursed for all mileage. 

 

Additio​nal Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle office correspondences in typing, over the phone, or in person. 
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system of all relevant documents. 
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail. Address envelopes accordingly. 
  • Set-up and break-down conference rooms before and after meetings. 
  • Prepare labels and signs. 
  • Run a variety of errands.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous administrative/office experience. 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to use 10-key, calculator, and Mac computers.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to run errands. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
