Job Description

Well-known organization with over 50 years in business is looking to fill an immediate Marketing Coordinator opening. This full-time position will be responsible for a variety of marketing and communications tasks including but not limited to managing social media and email accounts, creating marketing content, securing sponsorships and ad sales, and assisting with promotional events and activities.


The ideal candidate will be highly professional and customer oriented, able to successfully execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience in a related field. You will be provided with training, competitive pay and benefits.


Addition​al Responsibilities:


  • Monitor daily emails and social media channels. Respond timely and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, take accurate messages, and forward calls as needed.
  • Write marketing content, email newsletters, business letters, memos, and other correspondences.
  • Coordinate all marketing collateral and promotions for events, fundraisers, programs, or activities.
  • Assist with scheduling and taking accurate minutes during committee meetings.
  • Generate marketing reports as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • College Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic knowledge of photo editing, graphic design and desktop publishing software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
