Looking for a full-time office job? An electrical company in Kona has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant who will provide office support. This role will be responsible for handling correspondences, maintaining company schedules, and paying bills.

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle multi-line phone system and forward calls and messages accordingly
  • Manage correspondences over phone, email, mail, and fax
  • Maintain company schedules 
  • Pay bills as needed 
  • Handle on-demand employee request
  • Assist management with related duties as assigned

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous admin experience desirable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Great work initiative
