Brewery Tour Guide (Part-Time) – Kona Brewing Hawaii (Kailua-Kona)

We’re looking for an energetic, engaging Brewery Tour Guide to join our team in Kailua-Kona. In this role, you’ll bring our brewery to life, sharing stories, pouring samples, and creating memorable moments for guests from around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, informative brewery tours that showcase our beers and brewing process

• Serve beer samples responsibly while creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere

• Safely transport guests between the Growler Shack and brewery in our company shuttle

• Keep tour spaces and vehicles clean, organized, and guest-ready

• Support merchandise sales and inventory using our POS system

• Be a Kona Brewing ambassador: friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to talk story

What You Bring

• A passion for hospitality and delivering great customer experiences

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

• Strong communication skills; you’re comfortable speaking to groups and keeping things engaging

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (and confidence driving a shuttle/van)

• Ability to obtain and maintain a liquor card

• Basic knowledge of beer and brewing (or excitement to learn!)

• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle keg changes

• Flexibility to stand for extended periods

• Experience with POS systems like Toast is a plus

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time hours available weekdays and weekends (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• $19–$20/hour + tips
