Join Kona Brewing Hawaii as a Can Line Operator! We are looking for a dedicated individual who is ready to contribute to our fast-paced production environment. If you are passionate about ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes, this position is perfect for you!

Essential: 

Supports the Company’s Mission and Values
Perform duties in accordance with the company safety policies and procedures
Maintain attendance and punctuality
Follow policies and SOPS and keep accurate records
Properly use and maintain equipment and tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor canning equipment to ensure smooth production flow
Conduct quality checks on cans to ensure they meet specifications
Perform quality checks on cans and packages to inlcude seam checks, date ligibility and consistent packaging.
Changing over packer and trayer machines to various package sizes
Stacking cases in an organized, quick and efficient manner
End of day CIP/Sani using system
Organization and communication of raw material inventory
Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues with the equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
